City of Lodi has a limited ordinance (see below for actual language). Please direct questions to the Lodi Clerk.

At this time, general use of city streets by ATV/UTVs is not allowed. A number of petitions signed by local and surrounding township residents was presented to the council in September. It was not on the agenda and so was not able to be acted upon or discussed. Preliminary plans are to present a possible option to the council in January or February. This will allow time for discussions, hearings, and action before our typical season begins again. Stay tuned!
